With more than two decades of experience supporting adults, young people, couples and families, Vikki combines professional expertise with genuine compassion.
Clients often describe her as warm, approachable and easy to talk to. Her goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.
As a fully accredited Counsellor, Trauma Informed and Anger Management Therapist, Vikki draws on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting and hypnotherapy, tailoring every session to the individual sitting in front of her.
Whether short-term support or long-term therapeutic work is needed, Vikki works closely with her clients as active partners in their healing journey—working collaboratively to explore concerns, develop strategies, and create meaningful change.
