Anger Management Program

The goal of our Anger Management Program is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You can’t get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions.

This program consists of six private one on one sessions (either in person or online).


This program is designed to help you: 

  • Helping you gain a better understanding of your anger

  • Helping you manage stress more effectively

  • Teaching you how to communicate more effectively

  • Improving your coping skills

  • Teaching you how to deal with conflict more productively

What’s Expected of You

  • Engage honestly with the material

  • Complete all lessons and activities

  • Practice the skills provided

This program can produce the desired result if you use the tools and apply them daily.
